Where are you from originally and how long have you lived in town?
I was born and raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania. After attending college in New York City, I moved to Hoboken where I met my husband. We settled in Morris County in 2015.

We have two children. Our daughter Bryn is turning 5 and our son Cam just turned 3.
Favorite things to do with your kids?
We love being outside, doing anything creative and spending as much time as possible at the beach during the summer months.

Last fall, I opened a small business called Bryn & Proper. We specialize in monogrammed and embroidered clothing and gifts. We also make all of our own accessories and home decor.
If you could give one tip to fellow Mom Entrepreneurs what would it be?
Enjoy the ride! A small business venture is a rollercoaster ride. Learn from the valleys and enjoy those peaks!
One thing people would be surprised to know about youβ¦
We had quite the road to building our family. An ectopic first pregnancy set us down a long path of infertility. We had multiple miscarriages and failed IVF’s follow. We had completely given up hope of ever having children when God surprised us with our daughter Bryn. Convinced she would be an only child, we were shocked to find out we were pregnant with our son Cam shortly after her first birthday. We are forever grateful for these two miracle children.
How has this community been instrumental in getting you to where you are now?
The support of my fellow moms has been amazing. I remember just thinking about opening a small shop and they were my biggest cheerleaders, pushing me forward! So many of these are loyal supporters of my small business and I can’t express how grateful I am, not only for their business but their friendship as well.
